The Villas at Green Meadows Apartments

I really like it here BUT 2 lease raises in 2 years WHY? FYI, this is what the crack in the eavestrough looks like every time it rains. Your maintenace team has patched it 3 times. IT NEEDS to be replaced.

I was there for 2 years to get through work until I retired and was able to get back home. If I had any issues, I would just get ahold of Del the property manager and she would make sure they were resolved immediately. Also Bob the maintenance supervisor did an excellent job making sure all was good.

The property is always clean and the lawns are always very well-maintained. It’s very quiet, which is good for those who work remote. Plenty of parking, you get a garage and parking in your driveway. Maintenance staff are nice. Landlord is amazing. You get access to another apartment close by for a dog park, pool and gym. Three meadows park is within walking distance. So far I love it here
