The Villas at Bonita Farms

I have to change my review. Nothing personal just business. I have never lived in a rental unit where I have been expected to shovel my own sidewalk leading to my unit and my driveway. We were Under the impression that ice and snow would be removed by management since we have a community fee that we pay. Upon inquiry, we were told that it is in the lease that we are responsible for our own sidewalks Leading to our unit. Also, we asked about the roads leading in and out of the complex, and we’re told that it has to be 2 inches or more Before they will plow or salt; however, with continued light snowfall, the roads have become packed down and icy. Listen when I first moved in, I loved it here. Angel, Morgan and Nancy were always extremely friendly. The place was beautiful and nothing really broke in my specific unit. I moved in with a roommate after a divorce and the roommate ended up being a nightmare. Basically she was constantly complaining about me to Angel (when she was still working there), and getting violations back on our unit trying to break herself out of the lease/get us kicked out because they wouldn't let her just break herself out. Regardless we didn't workout but Angel didn't tell me it was my own roommate causing issues and let her continue to rack up complaints on both of us, until she actually moved out and was threatening legal actions. I was so stressed out thinking my direct neighbors had an issue with me. Had

I had an an amazing tour with Nancy. I really enjoyed my time looking at the property. Definitely come spring I will be looking for a place and Bonita Farms is my top choice!!

I had a great experience with the Villas at Bonita Farms! Everything went smoothly from start to finish and the property is beautiful. Nancy was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process—always quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Bonita Farms is honestly like no other such a homey community and beautiful place. It’s honestly everything u can ask for. I lived there and the experience was just amazing. Very nice staff who takes care of their residents. You get a nice pool, personal gym, and a hang out era for family and friends. The units are beautiful and very modernized and up to date. If your looking to live there I highly recommend!!
