The Villas at Fair Oaks

The apartments are great, super nice staff, and the move in process was incredibly fast. Rachel (the manager) was super nice, efficient, and understanding, best manager I've ever had. The maintenance crew was very nice and fast, whenever we put a request to have something fixed (which wasn't often), they got to work on it within a day or two. Only complaint I had was some noisy neighbors, but that's not exactly the apartment's fault. No bad bugs, unless you are dirty, the reviews I've seen were nothing like that for me, spiders I saw, I would just sweep it before it got worse and I never had a problem.

Maintenance jeff was great! Super professional, and nice. I had an issue with electrical in my primary bedroom & back-patio. He came diagnosed the problem, checked every outlet and switch including the bathroom. Replaced what was needed in a timely manner & ensured everything was working properly again. Jeff gets the job done at Villas of Fair Oaks!!!! 👏🏽 Rachel (in the office), is always responsive, friendly and attentive to any questions & requests ! It’s always a pleasure to speak with her or see her around😊 Best leasing manager I've had , ever!

Rachael is the best property manager I have ever worked with. The move in process was very quick and easy. Maintenance is very attentive to our needs and above all its peaceful. Rachael is very efficient in her job.

Gross ,also spider earwigs and tons of roaches out side at night and in the laundry they do not care either sprayed tons of times with a newborn and pest control was just spraying everywhere 5 minutes maxed and issue persisted. Idk how they get rid of their bad reviews but they do I’m not the 1st to publish about this but they disappear

*First off, I was not paid to give this review!!! This is my experience and my point of view.* The Villas at Fair Oaks is one of the best, if not the best complexes I’ve lived at. The staff go above and beyond for their tenants without hesitation. The apartments are super freakin cozy, when I moved in I had brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances!! This is also the smallest complex I’ve lived in as well. People aren’t piled on top of each other like some complexes that are 4 stories and have 1000 or more apartments. That makes me cringe just thinking about it. RCMI and their employees have always done right by me. If you’re still reading this then congratulations are in order because I know I’ve sold you on moving here. So what are you waiting for? Pack up and com
