The Villas at Boone Ridge

Someone I know just moved in. This place reminds me of section 8 housing. Yellowish walls with yellowish trim. The kitchen sink looks like is out of a mobile home same with the countertops and the 1980s vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom with baseboard rotting. Has the smallest bathroom you could ever imagine. The swimming pool is the smallest I’ve ever seen, I’ve seen hot tub bigger than that pool. The maintenance must be nonexistent. Air filter covered in dust lights not working, ceiling fan, not working, weatherstrip missing from door. There’s paint on everything like hinges, door knobs, towel bar, light fixtures. And whatever they use to clean this place with is absolutely disgusting, the smell is awful. I’ve had to leave the doors open for two days trying to get the smell t

My husband and I have been here for over a year now, and are thankful to have a place that is clean, safe, and cheaper as we save for a house. They are one of the cheapest places in town that doesn't feel sketchy, and we've had a great experience with the staff and maintenance. Truly lovely people. While there are things that can always be improved, we are giving these apartments 5 stars as they are the best apartments we've been in so far. The maintenance crew especially is responsive and friendly.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years & the staff is fantastic - especially the maintenance crew! I’ve never had any huge issues (no mold or pest issues) & the regular issues have been handled quickly & properly. Nice property, I love my unit, it’s very pet friendly here & still quiet & relaxing. The office is really organized & good at communicating what’s going on & they stay on top of schedules for things like air filter replacements etc. I would definitely recommend & the rent increases have been small each year, very reasonable especially given cost of living over the last few years. Definitely the best deal in town for the space & how nicely maintained it is here. Major kudos to the maintenance crew, my dog loves them & they keep everything so nice!
