I lived here for 3 months when I got a new job. I do not wear shoes in my home and I didn't there. I took pictures of the apartment when I moved out. They not only took my deposit but charged another $200+ for new carpets. I responded with my move out pictures, as there were no stains on the new carpets in the apartment when I left. Those carpets were in excellent condition. They sent me picture of carpets that do not even match the color pattern of the carpets in my pictures. I responded to the email again. I thought the issue was resolved until I received a collections notice. Looks like we will be filing in small claims court on this. This place is ridiculous. I moved in early 2020. Maintenance crew was somewhat iffy. I wasn’t informed entry when I was not home. But now for the past 4 years or so there is a totally different maintenance crew. Absolutely responsible and responsive and I appreciate communication and the hard work they, and the office crew, put in. They really help us out and have my full respect! Residents who don’t pick up they’re pet waste on the other hand lol they are certainly not without warning by management bc we often get reminded; but consequences don’t change irresponsible people lol that’s not on the staff y’all or on the pet. If you want a pet on a property that is shared with other people pick up after them.

disappointed with the parking situation at this complex. For what residents are paying in rent (around $1,400 a month), there should at the very least be reasonable parking available. Instead, residents are expected to pay extra for a parking pass just to have somewhere to park near their own home. Many nights there is little to no parking available, which makes coming home stressful and inconvenient. Paying high rent and then being told we have to pay additional fees just to park is frustrating and feels unfair. Another concerning policy is the incentive where residents can report each other for $50 off their rent for not picking up pet waste. This creates an environment where neighbors are encouraged to turn on each other for money, and it opens the door for people to make false report

Been living here for over three years now and had little to no problems at all! The office staff is super friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is respectful of your privacy and time! Would recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for an affordable place to live in Owasso.

We had our weather stripping replaced and the maintenance team was absolutely amazing. They kept us updated while waiting on parts and got everything fixed as quickly as possible once they arrived. Super kind, professional, and efficient—the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate their hard work! ☺️💕
