Cottages at Tallgrass Point Apartments

We appreciated their help and got all our issues resolved. We appreciated the Tallgrass management Communication and the maintenance folks following through quickly in getting our needs met! Thank you so much!

Safety is a major concern. I do not recommend if you are living alone. I have had several things stolen and had instances while walking my dogs that make me feel very uncomfortable. When brought to their attention, I have had no help from staff so I don’t feel very safe. I did end up purchasing a video doorbell to help ease anxiety after my experiences.

The issue is not finished being fixed but the issue has been addressed with a solution coming soon. Maintenance always does a good job. UPDATE: The job was completed when they said it would be. Whoot whoot! Great job Chris.

Apartment is great service is great but the 2 treadmills in the gym are both trash, they come to a complete stop out of nowhere in the middle of my runs. Nothing has been done about this, this is not a new problem. It’s very dangerous.

Love living here. Went very well. No problems. I really enjoy living here. Quick response . Friendly staff!
