I love living here! The complex is beautiful and always kept clean, and my unit is just as nice, well maintained and very comfortable. Maintenance is always quick to respond and does an excellent job. The area feels safe and peaceful, which I really appreciate. Kim is absolutely wonderful she’s friendly, professional, and always gets things done right away. You can tell she truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend this place!

We moved in about three months ago and absolutely love it. The community is nice, quiet, and clean. Kim is wonderful and always a joy to work with and visit. The maintenance staff is incredibly fast, efficient, reliable, and most importantly kind. Having a gated entrance also adds a great sense of security. We’ve had a really positive experience so far!

$1410 a month for a 2 bedroom plus trash service. No utilities included, no wifi, no cable tv. The paint on the walls is very cheap, so if you have children I advise you to ve careful. One slap by a sticky hand to the wall, it instantly leaves a stain on the chalky paint. Some of the workers seem to be a little judgmental i have came to realize since moving in six months ago. If you smoke. It's your best bet not to let them see you even if you smoke in your car. Because once they know you do, they will randomly Say other people are complaining about odor of cigarette smoke when nobody is because I have literally became friends with almost all of my neighbors in this building. And over half of them also smoke but everybody goes to the parking lot or to their cars. I know living on the 3rd f
