Park 107

Shout out to Sabrina, leasing agent at Park 107 in Owasso. She is very professional and courteous! I enjoyed working with her and still stop in to visit with her. The apartment is open and spacious much nicer than where I moved from. Washer and dryer included and the appliances are up to date. There are plenty of windows that let light in and that is great for an uplifting mood. Maintenance is very responsive and the grounds are well maintained! I couldn't be happier with my choice of apartment complexes

We love our 2BR unit, it is very spacious and comfortable with modern appliances and granite countertops. The pool is very large and a great place to have a cookout and entertain with the grills that are available right there. The gym is perfect to get a little workout in after work. Two dog parks to take our furry kids out and get some exercise. The maintenance team is great and when we had a couple of minor things pop up, they came right out and took care of them. Nice clubhouse to relax in and they offer super fast WiFi which my son loves for his games. Highly recommended!

I am so grateful for Sabrina. She has assisted in my move in process with such ease. She is very knowledgeable, and if there are any issues, she is right on top of it to get things taken care of. Park 107 has wonderful high quality leasing management as well as maintenance. Stan and his new hire are very professional, personable and take pride in their work and greet with a smile. I have lived here for 2 days and this is by far one of the most spectacular high class living condo beach feel but only city style atmosphere.

I’m gonna show the reality of Park 107, the most horrified experience I ever had living in a place, imagine having the apartment of your dreams everything luxury from the outside, nothing can’t be wrong with such a “luxury” place to live in, let me told you everything it’s a lie. I had experienced mold, gnats infestation for months, at the point that I couldn’t cook something in the apartment because it gross me out so bad the gnats posing on my food, I had mold on my walls and gnats on my fridge and freezer everything was contaminated they said they gonna help me address the issue but they didn’t they just inspect one day and assume that was something left over but it wasn’t , my husband was stolen from a previous manager his rent as well she got fired and they return the money to him but

Sabrina has been amazing throughout my move in process. She’s been super helpful, responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions, which made everything feel much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents, and I’m really grateful for all her help at Park 107.
