The give outstanding servie . He was proficient and knowledgeable on how to help me get my rent paid with a friendly demeanor. Even when it was difficult for me he tookthe time to sit with me in person and walk me through each step to get it set up. As times change and tech is in...Tre knew exactly what was needed to ensure I wouldn't have issues in the future . I highly recommend working with this young man as even when he has alot on his plate his attitude toward customer service and excellence never waivered. His colleague Xion in the office as well, balances out the work load with him making them a great team throughout it all! They are a great asset to have in the office.

I just want to preface this by saying this is the first review I have ever written in my entire life, and I felt compelled to share today. I originally signed a lease for this apartment at $1,200 per month for a two-bedroom, which was immediately increased to $1,270 upon moving in. The overall condition of the property is extremely disappointing. The neighborhood is littered with trash, and the hallways in my building consistently smell awful. When I moved in, there were visible stains on the doors, chipped paint throughout the unit, and the shower temperature is wildly inconsistent, going from cold to scalding with no warning. Neighbors frequently leave dog waste in common areas, and despite management advertising 24-hour security, I have yet to see any security presence at all. Within m

McKinley apartments aren't perfect but Xion Eckel does an incredible job. Managing whatever is thrown at her with a calm, cool, professional manner she does not get nearly enough credit. I'm glad she's the one managing this property. Editing to add we have had great experiences with the maintenance team. Justin and JT in particular have been excellent and extremely helpful.

Maintenance is fast/responsive. Mike was here to fix the plumbing super quick and did a great job. The apartments are affordable and good size. Good value.
