Management is abysmal. They will make up fees for every little thing if they don’t like you. They’re never in their office when you actually need them because they like to always leave early for family engagements instead of doing their jobs. They’re never seem to have their documents in order. You should see the pictures of all the damage they do when they “fix” something. Terrible people. Terrible place. Don’t get me started on the neighbors.

New management= micromanagement making up fees for any little thing!
