Family Built Homes

We recently took a tour of their factory and were very impressed! They look like they are doing some great work. Lots of really nice touches that come standard like solid surface counters, solid core doors, 9 foot ceilings, and stainless steel appliances. I also love their flexibility when it comes to design. You can't find that everywhere. We are very excited to work with them!

We worked with Tuck and his staff over the course of 6 months, and wouldn't have changed one thing about our experience. Very responsive, accommodating, and offer high-quality homes tailored to any size - Highly recommended!

Jason was the only saving grace to our visit. We fell in love with the demo house he showed us. Kind of long story: We have contacted the business multiple ways. Email, Facebook, on Google, tge whole 9. Never got a response. Sometimes this happens because people are busy and i come across strong over messages. I laid out in each what we were looking for, or budget, general locations we would love to build in and so on. So with the benifet of the doubt in mind, we showed up in person as we needed more information, and could have adjusted our budget/ list of wants accordingly if needed. We were on site by 1pm and Jason said to come by about an hour later the sales man had gone to lunch. We waited probably only 20 minutes for so eone to respond so that was nice. Out of all the builders we’ve contacted, Family Built Homes was the only one so far to really give us the time of day and respond in a timely fashion as we’ve been looking around for a home. Tuck was great in answering our questions and walking us around the shop and showing us some models, his customer service has definitely set the bar.
