The Village at Spring Mills

This is by far the worst place to live. The "staff" is very uneducated at their job, they on multiple occasions harassed us, disrespected us and lied to us. They gave us so much false information to get us to move in, we signed up for a town house at the reserves at berkeley, we got accepted and then their representative Michelle colluded us into the village at spring mills and told us multiple lies such as utilitieswere included, she also had us meet her at a "sister" property to sign papers and led us to believe we were getting our town home which was not the case. This was the most disgusting expirence we ever had. We always paid on time and never caused any problems but yet we were treated like dogs. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR AT ANY OF THE METRO PROPERTIES!!!

The apartments are decent, but.... I came to visit my grandmother this weekend. We had a snow storm in the area (5-7 inches). This complex has HORRIBLE snow removal. It looks like they ran a plow through once. No sidewalks, stairways, parking areas were touched! My grandmother has a tough time getting around as it is. No salt, shovel, broom, etc. This is a liability for the property!

The Property Management team is hands down the best I’ve experienced. I have lived in three different states and several different cities and this team is hands down the best. This team is easy to work with, kind, aggressive with problem solving, and keep an open door policy. Not the biggest fan of apartment living, but just renewed my lease here and it was mainly because of this team. (Robin, Michelle, and Kylie).

Family member has a place here and the units are nice and reasonably priced per month. Only exception I had was with the handrails made of pvc pipe one of which was separated at the top of the steps (maybe prime it and glue it together?).🙄

Nice community to live in. They let pets live here. Salt water pool. Staff are off site but will help you with any problems or matters.
