Evergreen Apartments

I live at 21 Forever Green Dr in Falling Waters. We have an outstanding lawn service. They’re currently laying the most beautiful black mulch I’ve ever seen! I want to add one more thing. When we were getting snow the management here cleared all the sidewalks including the walkways for those who have patios, salt was always laid down everywhere each and every time well before any on needed to leave for work!! Kudos to you all for looking out for your tenants. I’ve loved living here and would recommend anyone reading this to check this property out and the others they manage!!!

Spring Mills Apartments / Evergreen apartments - Neighbors are wonderful. Good luck with management or lack of, it could be such a nice place if it was consistently looked after but turn over is constant. Had to purchase a door jam after management let themselves in numerous times between 11pm and 12am. That individual was let go / quit after I raised serious concerns and it became confrontational when they were in my home while I was asleep and confronting my minor children/ them barging in at those hours terrifying my children. Maintenance has been CREEPY. Accidentally locked myself out and the maintenance man approached my one daughter saying "where's your daddy at" knowing we're just a house of women. This is terrible, I was on the waiting list for months I even forgot about it. I initially was on the waiting list in April or May 2021. I got a call last week (end of October ) saying hey we have a unit coming up in January. I said no thank you I no longer need it I am already renting. Fast forward less than a week I got "denial of application" letter. Well first of all I never actually applied and second of all get your facts straight you never called me for 6 months so what the heck. If this has any affect on my credit history you better believe you'll have a lawsuit on your end for faking applications and denying them.

Current resident. We love it here. We feel safe everything is kept up. Maintance is great the staff is great. 1 downfall you can kinda hear your neighbors if they are yelling and heavy footed. This is the only place i have lived and ive had many apartments where there were NO bugs!!

Awful.
