Overlook at Riverside Apartments

Not a good community to live in. Me and my spouse did a 14 month lease. Within the first week we heard our neighbors screaming, throwing stuff and arguing from 5am all throughout the day and it continued the entire lease duration. The office staff did absolutely nothing about it. Within the first month all of the damages to the unit started showing. The carpet lifted and we were told by the maintenance man this was not our fault and that the carpet wasn't properly sealed. The floor boards started sinking & lifing in multiple places, nails were coming up through the floors. All walls, baseboards anything with a seam started cracking and peeling as seen in all the images. Cars constantly parking and hoarding handicap spots with no handicap sticker. I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The complex is beautiful, the units are newly built, and maintenance is always quick. The best part, though, is the apartment manager, Ginny. She is genuinely the sweetest person and truly cares about you as a human being before seeing you as a tenant. She always addresses concerns promptly and does her best to advocate for you. Considering the location and amenities, the apartments are also very affordable. Another highlight is that Ginny regularly organizes community events—paint and sip, potlucks, swimming activities, and more—to bring everyone together. Overall, this is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in!

I’ve been living here for a little over two months. Very nice property, management is friendly, and incredible apartments. The tile backsplashes are a great touch and each apartment has a patio/balcony. I have a 1BR and the place feels very spacious. My cat loves it, too. She loves all the natural light that comes in when the blinds are open and loves sitting in the big living room window. She also loves exploring the numerous cabinets and storage spaces.

My Wife and I moved here on August 11th, from Michigan. Robert and Ginny have been very helpful through this process. We got to enjoy the pool a little before closing. We have enjoyed the campfire area twice. We also use the Weight Room fitness area daily. Our Only complaint is the noisy neighbor upstairs. We informed Robert, who took action immediately. And told us to keep him posted.

My first day walking into the office to pick up keys i was greeted like I just bought a new home lol. Two Leasing ladies greeted me "Omg are you Nicole?" Yes I am. "WELCOME!,we're so excited for you". I was like OMG so am I THANK YOU!. That introduction assured me that I finally picked the right apartment community in all my years of living in apartments. My inspection request we're done on the next business day, something I was not use to. Usually apartments will say ok we will note it. But Overlook maintenence came out to fix the request. That made me feel like they absolutely care about their tenants. Thus far the community is great, beautiful, quiet, and very cozy. Being new here I'm hoping for community events to come up, so we can meet our neighbors. If community events aren't a thin
