I called today, December 20th, around 1:30 PM to inquire about availability. The woman who answered the phone did provide information about the amenities and apartment options after I asked, and she did ask what I was looking for. However, the overall experience felt a bit flat. She didn’t mention anything about the area or neighborhood, and there wasn’t much personality or enthusiasm in the conversation. When I asked about scheduling a tour, she simply told me I could come by anytime since she’s in the office until 4:30 PM today. There was no effort to set a specific appointment or express any excitement about showing me the property. The interaction felt more transactional than welcoming. A little more warmth and proactive engagement would have gone a long way in making me feel excited

The village at Hanford Square has some really cool apartment complexes and floor plans. The property manager, Tracy, was super helpful and explained everything to me in detail. She even gave me a tour of the apartment complexes and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend it!

Office staff is super helpful and rent is affordable. Property is beautiful!!

Best property manager ever, properties, always clean and neat, and the atmospheres always very professional
