We went to go view a house on spring ct after being approved on our application. We paid about $75ish total for application to even view the house. We were told if we didn’t want this house, we could transfer the application over to a new property if interested. When we got to our scheduled appointment at 4:30pm, April was standing in the corner of the kitchen obviously annoyed. She was scrolling on her phone and didn’t show us any of the house. It was essentially a self guided tour. The house was dirty. The cabinets had grime built up with layers of cockroach droppings, showers had hair still over the walls, backyard had cigarettes all over the garden, fences were caved in, etc. mind you this is $1800/monthly. When the concerns were voiced, april said that the house was already cleaned so

Terrible service. Accepted my 40$ application fee and never got back to me per their 5-10 day processing time. Spoke to Laurie multiple times and still never got an answer, she didn’t seem to care either. I run a business of my own and their service is despicable.

Can't be thankful enough for American Dream. Their office staff is very kind and helpful and are very quick to get back to me with maintenance concerns. At one point I had my hot water heater changed out and the vendors they used were very respectful and kind as well, also got their job done in a timely matter.

American Dream Property Management has been the best company for renters. They have a user friendly app that they actively work with. I had several repairs that needed to be addressed and not only were they addressed the very next day, but all the repairs were completed so quickly. Thank you for always taking care of us!!!

When I had to call for a maintenance issue it was taken care of immediately. They also send reminders to change air filters and batteries in the smoke detectors and even ask if everything is working correctly. I appreciate you!!
