Jake is hands down the beat manager I’ve ever had. Very personable and knowledgeable about the properties. He goes out of he way to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable enough with the leasing process. Highly recommend this property and engaging with him, coming from my previous apartment building is night and day in regards to customer service. He has snacks in the office too lol.

Disclaimer !!!!!!! future residents with electric vehicles!!!!. I am writing a review which I never typically do to warn other future residents about the electric vehicle charging problem here. To a new resident Berkshire has information on their website which makes it appear like a viable option to charge your EV while living in an apartment complex. They list “4 available stations that you can conveniently charge your car at here”. They mention need a power boost!! $10.00/hr for fast charging. It sounds great, but The problem is it’s far from the truth. The truth is they essentially force you to charge your car at certain hours by price gouging you. From 6AM to 9:59 pm you are in the oh so fast $10.00 per hour fast charge bracket not true!!! the stations don’t fast charge like a Tesl

Really nice community with a great location in Hanford. Jake, the property manager, is always looking to help his residents and provides great communication. He worked with me with my move-in date and made the whole process a pleasure. Highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone moving to the area.

Beautiful it is! And the Management is Terrific. The Manager worked with me and Was Very Down to Earth. Not your Typical Management Personnel. He actually cares about People and Restored My Faith in the Higher Ups. They all aren't Snobby and Judgemental People. He is One I will Remember due to his Compassion and Kindness. He might even drive an Old V. W. Van! ✌️🤗

I have repeatedly requested to have my covered reserved parking space changed. The first issue was individuals smoking cigarettes and leaving the cigarette butts in my space. Now there is a beehive next to my parking space, with bees circling a nearby bush, which has created another concern. I pay a significant amount in rent, and it is frustrating to be told that my parking space cannot be changed because spaces were pre-assigned before I moved in. When a paying resident raises safety or cleanliness concerns, I believe management should be willing to explore options—such as contacting the corporate office—to see how the situation can be accommodated.
