The View on 20th is a fantastic place to live. The property is well kept up. The location is convenient, while still being slightly removed from the busy, main roads. Lacy is such an involved and competent manager. She’s very responsible and always on top of what’s going on. She always seems so nice, regardless of whatever other problems she must surely be dealing with. Somehow she’s always attentive and considerate. Jim is a great maintenance supervisor. He’s quick to respond and to address any issue. He seems to know how to do everything. He can fix practically anything, and he’s so pleasant to be around. I’ve lived here at the view on 20th for going on 4 years now and truthfully I have no plans to go anywhere. Lacy is the MOST amazing property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. You’re so close to everything near by, you get a free gym membership just by living here so you meet all your body goals! I’ve lived in a two bedroom and the three bedrooms and I still fall in love every time I walk through my door. Decent apartment, but there is no bathtub for the one bedroom apartment, and the standing shower is also very small. I'm 5'3, 120lbs and It's small for me. The air conditioning is also very loud. I underestimated how loud it is, even after I read the other reviews. Other than that, I don't have much complain about the apartment. The living room is fairly sizeable, and the bedroom is big enough for a queen with plenty of space. The apartment also comes with a gorgeous view
