The Vic at Woodforest

I’ve had a great experience living at The Vic at Woodforest. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and the property always feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I recently moved out of the Vic but decided to move back. Living here is great, the complex is beautiful quiet and peaceful. I would like to give a Big shoutout to Chloe and Taylor for finding me a one bedroom on the first floor they made it happen. They went above and beyond, the team is amazing and super helpful. I would recommend this beautiful complex.

I lived here about two years ago. Moved out in September the 9th of 2024, received my walk through and final bill statement September the 11th, all was paid. They charged me $150 for a book and a small smudge inside a counter top that I paid. 4 MONTHS after I moved out they send me additional charges for PAINT to collections.

Absolutely the best experience with follow up and taking care of us here at the Vic. Six months since we moved in and service is excellent. One particular case the Nautilus leg exercise station repaired within 2 days of my request.

This past week, a couple wanted to visit me to swim and bring meat to grill near the pool. But a couple days before I decided to check out the grill and sure enough it really needed to be cleaned. So, I went to the office and spoke with Chloe about it, and she put in a work order to request the grill to be cleaned. It was thoroughly deep cleaned and ready to use when we needed it. The large serving table was cleaned as well. The seating area was cleaned up after we finished. In the future, I will give a few more days' notice but I am grateful that team Vic does try to accommodate our requests.
