Our experience with Chris and Castle Rock was exceptional. Chris was very helpful and responsive. He answered all of our questions and made our home purchase a smooth process.

We built a CastleRock home in the Fairwater Subdivision in Montgomery, TX. We worked with Christopher to pick our lot and our home plan. Chris went above and beyond when the plan we wanted to build wasn’t part of the available plans for the neighborhood. Everyone from the design center to our GC Kevin were awesome to work with. Whenever we had a question or concern it was answered and addressed. We have recommended friends and family to build in this community and will continue to do so. Our friends are starting their build next month.

This review is for the sprinkler system and yard grading. Faulty sprinklers are a predominant issue in the neighborhood. This is the result of cheap and even second hand materials used. After Castlerock attempted to fix unsuccessfully, I called someone else that walked me through every single issue with original installation. It appears that sprinkler company used by builder was simply dishonest. Grade around the house(s) can also be better. Heavy rains have affected multiple houses in the neighborhood. Water is supposed to flow aways from the house and not pool around it.
