If you’re looking at Perry Homes in Magnolia, ask for Steven Suker. He’s the one who helped me get an amazing home in Woodforest back in 2016, and he knows these neighborhoods better than anyone. Steven says Kresston will be the next Woodforest—and I believe him. The model home here is absolutely stunning, especially the kitchen—it’s a must-see.
