Caring staff are the true gem of Veridian life! Not only is my apartment well maintained, the building and grounds truly create an environment of home.

Great complex. Great staff. Nice little community with smaller feel. Has the grocery store and chipotle next to complex. Super clean and organized building with super friendly office. Would recommend to anyone who wants to live right outside downtown Portsmouth.

Living at the Veridian has been great so far. Gaelyn and Alex have been nothing but perfect since moving in. Always helpful, and nice to see in passing. The apartment building is very well maintained and always clean. Very glad I chose to live here

Building is clean and quiet. Best part of living here is the people running and servicing it Gaelynne and Alex are The Best Team!!! She’s quick to respond and resolve issues and Alex is like Superman in apartment maintenance! Thanks for all you do!
