Kori was very helpful. She was very nice. She showed me lots of places and let me think about my choices and she helped me in all the way she could. She is a great asset to your company. I greatly appreciate her and recommend dealing with her when you try to rent a place from the venue

Absolutely Love this community!! We have meet 2 of our neighbors since moving in and have already got to know them. We can’t wait until the dog park opens, pool and pickle ball. This community will be even better once everything is completed.

They are the worst property management ever. They tried to over charge us for breaking the lease when we never said we were breaking the lease. They then locked me out of my house illegally and refused to let me in my house. While I had a dog in the house and they still wouldn’t let me in. Definitely should not live here and can’t wait to be out of this crooked environment.

At first I thought 1339 sq ft for me and my 3 young kids wouldn’t be enough, but this feels like plenty of space for all of us! I love my townhome. It’s clean and has nice appliances that sing lol My kids love the space as well, even the unfinished basement. I can’t hear my neighbors next door and I find there’s enough storage for us. Management and maintenance are kind and quick to respond. Overall, I’m very pleased.

I want to thank the Management at the Venue! Love the great changes being done around here! I love my home but I so appreciate the staff and how reliable—friendly, responsive, and quick to handle work orders, they are. The property is always well maintained, and now they have the Doggie DNA program, which I really believe helps in keeping this place looking so nice. I definitely highly recommend!!
