Went on a tour of the Ascend town homes in Raymore MO this morning and all of your hosts were amazing and very friendly and educated on the product itself
Arrived at 1:00pm to tour a unit today. Offices were vacant but left open and the sign said they would be back at 2:00pm. I waited patiently still until 2:45pm, being extra lenient and giving them ample time to return. Still, no associate became present. Never seen a lunch break last... 2 hours... It's insane to me the length I went providing ample time to accomodate associates inability to stick to a basic schedule, yet they never returned. I don't think I should be the one providing such an immense amount of courtesy only to get punished for it with waisted time. Don't think I wanna stay somewhere where the management is callous and oblivious at best.
Waited in the office for an associate to help me with some questions I had about their complexes. 40 min after the sign said someone would be there goes by and still nobody.
Absolutely love the team at Asend, they are always willing to help and go above and beyond,
