Update 2/15/2023 I had a need to call the office regarding a closing that occurred in August 2021. Unfortunately, my voicemail went unanswered. After a couple days, with no response, I reached out again and left another voicemail. After approximately a week, I was finally able to reach the point of contact and get the answers that I was looking for. Not sure why the voicemails went unanswered and received no explanation as to why either. This was originally a five star review, but I have since edited it to four stars because of lengthly follow up responses resulting in customer dissatisfaction. Machelle was prepared, professional, and friendly. She was quick to answer all of our questions both in person and via email. The closing process went smoothly!

Stewart title was professional and expedient. Jennifer was great at keeping me up to date and informed. Would recommend company to any and all.

She quite literally did not complete the service I hired her for. I needed a full title report showing anything owed on a property. Her title report only looks 10 years back, beware!

Machelle is the greatest closer/title lady to ever grace planet earth. Love working with her
