The Valley Apartments

This place is "managed" by a mother/daughter duo who allow illegal drug use in their own apartment & RV parked on site. Also, their "handyman", Otman Guzman, to enter premises of tenant's who aren't home and steal from them. I lived here for 7 years. Loved my neighbors and how close it was to work, but I wish I would have done my research and read reviews before moving into this place and signing my soul over to the ----- herself. They will retaliate against you when you demand repairs be made or when you can't let them borrow money. Bridgett asked to borrow $300 & would get upset when I'd be too tired to entertain her daughter after working a 12 hour day. She has no concept of the word "work". The service is very worst nobody take call on time we do many of times🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️😒😒need to improve the services and never reached office on time they always reached a late 😕
