Park Sierra at Iron Horse Trail Apartments

We’d like to give credit where it’s due. The entire staff at Park Sierra is wonderful. However, my husband and I would like to recognize Jeremy. He doesn’t just handle maintenance he delivers peace of mind. For over 8 years, Jeremy has been professional, dependable, and the kind of person who gets the job done right, every time. He makes it a point to keep us informed, letting us know when he can assist even with a demanding schedule. That level of communication and reliability is exceptional, and it reflects the pride he takes in his work, he sets the standard for what service looks like.

Viri at the main office is absolutely amazing.! She has always helped me out, and solved any problem that I have ever had. Not that i've had that many problems at all, but if anything does arise, she's quick to fix it, and in very polite.

Been a resident here for many years, the staff is friendly, the complex is well located close to freeway and the complex is very safe . Jeremy and Grant from the maintenance staff are amazing!!! They are always quick and able to help… they are so personable and customer service focused!! My apartment is beautifully redesigned with nice tile , hardwood flooring and great appliances. I would highly recommend the staff and the complex.

Park Sierra has been a comfortable place to live. The community is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and the location is convenient for work and daily needs. The staff has been responsive whenever I’ve needed help. Overall, a good experience.

Recently received a tour from Kevin. He was super friendly and helpful. I can tell that he stays on top of the needs of the community because the neighborhood seemed friendly towards him and everyone was happy. Excited to be moving in here when my lease expires.
