Avoca Dublin Station

Stayed at Avoca in a 1BR for about 3.5 years. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Overall, the community is maintained, the apartments are in decent shape, and the management promptly takes care of small issues. This is different when it comes to anything bigger that involves investment. They failed to fix the clogged gutters around my apartment despite 4 different requests over 3 years, and all the rainwater would dischange onto my balcony and near my bedroom window. This made sleep impossible due to the water noise when it rained overnight. Also, for years they are promising remotes for opening the gates to not require punching in a code everytime you drive in. I have lived here for a little over a year and we have been very happy. Jeyrell in the office has been so easy to talk to and always makes sure that our work orders are completed quickly. Thanks to Juan as well as he is always super friendly and does great work.

We love living here! We moved in about 6 months ago and can honestly say the office staff (James & Lakeisha) is professional and courteous, the maintenance team (Jonathan) is responsive and friendly, and the apartments are in fantastic condition! We had issues with a few appliances upon move in and the Avoca team was quick to repair or replace them. Any maintenance requests are handled with care, and the complex is making an effort to maintain itself with additional dog waste bins and trash cleanups. Our only issues with living here are that a few residents aren’t the best at picking up after their dogs (leaving their business in the grass) or properly sorting their waste (trash in the wrong bins), but generally Avoca does it’s best to mitigate these problems. I have really enjoyed my time at Avoca Dublin Station and have been a resident here for almost 3 years. Avoca staff members have always been friendly, professional, and accomodating. Lakeisha and James are excellent office managers, both treating me with respect and always being there to help resolve any issues I have had. Lakeisha in particular has gone out of her way to make my 5 yr old son and I feel at home and she has been an absolute joy to have around. My son always looks forward to seeing her when we go hang at the pool. Also want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff who have always been quick to respond to service requests and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the residents here are taken care of. updated (7/3/19): Property manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend moving into this apartment. If the issue does not get resolved I will be filing a formal complaint with DFEH and HUD. For the high monthly fee, and being in Dublin, one would expect more professionalism. A maintenance member that goes by the name of Ijermo was overstepping the scope of his work responsibility and trying to lecture my brother about alcohol in the pool. He blatantly lied that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area, when no such entry is written in the lease or pool signage.
