James Paul worked so hard, above and beyond to sell my Tri-plex in Silverlake. It was no easy task. Even before we paid cash for keys to move our tenants out, he went right to work. He stood shoulder to shoulder with me through every problem that arose and there were some Big ones! I don't know how I was SO fortunate to have James as my agent, but I will be forever grateful for all he did for me. You will never regret James Paul as your agent!

I've been working with James on a long term homebuying plan for a few months and he has been more than helpful. He has outlined the process and given advice on what I can do to prepare, both financially and mentally, as I look to buy a home in the future.
