The Uptown Regency

I’ve been living at Uptown Regency since 2022 and I truly can call it Home ❤️ I’ve lived in Chicago for 10 years and I can definitely say this is the best building I’ve lived in! The apartments are fully renovated with great new appliances and everything you need. They’re very spacious, with amazing sunset views! I also love that you can control your own heat , it gives me European vibes! The staff is incredible. Madison and the new manager Anisa are truly amazing! Always helpful and kind. I also love the newly upgraded lobby with the coffee machine. As a coffee lover, it’s an absolute lifesaver when you run out of your own coffee ☕️ The gym is an extra amazing bonus for anyone active like me, and have to note that maintenance is super fast! I fell in love with this building for its amazing location near Lake Michigan, the stunning sunset and sunrise views from my window, and its close proximity to downtown Chicago. A special thanks to property manager Madison for her prompt assistance in resolving any issues efficiently. I also really appreciate the on-site gym, which makes it easy to stay in shape without leaving home, no matter the weather. You are wonderful—we’re happy to call this place home!

For me customer service is everything. And I can honestly say that I have zero complaints for the staff at Uptown Regency. Between the property manager, the front desk and even the maintenance staff, they have all gone above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. I myself am a huge fan of the twenty four hour gym access. Though I do have to say, it is the staff here that give the Uptown Regency its name. Steph

I moved into the Uptown Regency in 2018 so this review is regarding the past 3 years living here. 1. The apartments themselves can run a little small (city living), however they are beautifully appointed and maintained. Hardwood floors through out, lots of storage (my unit has 3 large and deep closet's). The views on the higher floors are absolutely beautiful, with views of Lake Michigan. 2. The building amenities are excellent for the area, package collection and storage, party room, very secure Bike Storage, a well stocked Gym (and a cross fit downstairs), and free internet are all major property draws. The only two things i would change is I wish my apartment had a Garbage Disposal and a Washer/Dryer in Unit. Laundry is in the building on the first floor and does take debit/credit car

Really love living here! Our manager Madison is the best and really cares about the building! The location is literally perfect. Close to all types of public transportation and entertainment. Parking is surprisingly not too bad around here as well!
