The Trace of Ridgeland

Living at The Trace has been incredible. My garbage disposal went, and with-in 24 Hours the new one was installed! Amazing service- I feel save 24/7z My only thought to the Community would be to install motion LED lighting. Walkways and the Parking lot are Pitch Dark at night. Otherwise I’m very satisfied living here.

I placed work orders for some repairs to take place and they were done promptly so I could have a great living experience. I was also contacted and kept updated on what took place as well as offered to contact the office if further assistance was needed . it was a pleasant experience

The apartments are ok could be better because of the price. Some units are better than others. The maintence come at a decent time . But if you are a woman please be aware that 2 particular younger maintence men will make you feel very uncomfortable and will somehow know your personal business that only the office should. They are creepy and make me feel less safe because they have access and always watching you it’s very creepy. It’s a few women who don’t allow maintence to come in there apartment and I see why

Water’s been brown since last summer. Marijuana smell all the time. The apartment can do nothing about it either thing or at least they haven’t. Walls and floors are thin, neighbor always sounds like she’s having football practice. Parking is horrendous. This place has too little parking to not have assigned parking. Other buildings’ tenants are always parking at our building. As a woman, I picked my building based on lighting at night and parking. That was a waste of time. Spiders, ladybugs, gnats, mosquitos etc are all the time. For the first time a “water-bug” was spotted. The moment the heat is turned on they come in. My VEVO plug-ins are ALWAYS full. Doors have huge cracks that were asked to be fixed or filled upon leasing. They weren’t. It costs too much to live here to suffer all of

I am generally satisfied with the work completed in my apartment. The painting was executed well, and the installation of my new garbage disposal was successful. The caulking around the bathtub was done to a reasonable standard. However, I must address the issue with the bathroom tiles, as they are still not holding up properly.
