The Mark Apartments

Definitely not the best experience or place to live for the money. The only reason I chose this location is because it’s close to my mom, and I needed to be nearby in case she needed me. I moved in on August 8th, after my original July move-in was canceled due to a major flood in the first apartment they assigned me. They switched me to a different building, and that’s where the problems really began. My upstairs neighbors stomp so hard that my pictures literally fall off the wall. There are four adults and three children living in a two-bedroom unit above me, so you can imagine the noise level. When I reported it, the noise actually got worse. I’ve had packages stolen from right outside my door. I’ve also had strangers knocking and asking for money, which makes me feel unsafe in my own

We’ve been here less than a year. They have a lot of water issues on this property. The water is always being shut off daily for some kind of “repair”. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or front office staff. They all seemed relatively pleasant so far.

The work was done very quickly. The maintenance worker was polite from start to finish. And the problem was solved. I’m extremely pleased.

I’m writing this review to mention the maintenance man, Mr. Curtis. My AC System Burnt out last night, the on-call maintenance man Mr. Curtis came and worked on the unit, he said he’ll be back in the morning to finish the unit and he did just that. I stayed in an apartment complex before and never had maintenance. Come and fix anything as in the AC unit that fast as Mr. Curtis did.

The office staff is awesome.Sam and Holly were courteous and Super friendly. I enjoyed my tour the property was clean and it looks like a nice place to call home.
