I am very disappointed in a company that I rented from for over 5 years- 2 off the years at the property Legacy. I recently got married and gave my notice to vacate upon expiration of my lease 5/24/24. Three weeks prior to moving out, there was a leak that flooded both of my bathrooms, which saturated the carpet in the rooms next to them. I quickly put in a work order because I knew that it would be an issue with them trying to say I caused damages since I was moving soon. They had maintenance to bring fans over to dry the carpets. Fast forward moving out. My husband, my son, and myself disinfected and cleaned the apartment thoroughly leaving it move in ready. I have attached after photos that I took myself. So far so good! we just moved in and it's been a great decision for our small family, the area is so nice and quiet, I'm available to hit the gym before sunrises and even take a run around the area and during the weekends is so lovely being just a couple of ft. away from Trace Park... Property Manager and our neighbors have been so good to us... we feel more than welcome here and happy with our apartment

Whether it’s a leaking faucet, a broken heater, or a sudden emergency, Elliot shows up with a calm attitude, a quick solution, and a genuine care for the residents. He remembers everyone’s name, treats the property like his own, and goes above and beyond every single day. Honestly, if Elliot ever took a day off (which I’m not even sure he does!), the whole complex would probably fall apart. He’s the reason things run smoothly around here. *DO NOT LIVE HERE* if you are someone who values privacy. Management wants to come inside your apartment so often you might as well leave the door unlocked and let them move in with you. I have never felt so genuinely uncomfortable living in an apartment community in all the years I have lived in apartments. Though the office staff seem friendly, they are incapable of giving residents the basic courtesy of a 24-hour notice. This includes frequently entering your home, randomly shutting off the water (has happened 7 times since I moved in a few months ago), and closing access the certain parts of the community, especially the pool. As a full-time student and professional that needs to schedule meetings and proctored tests in advance, living here has been a nightmare. Here is what I wished

Have the loudest upstairs neighbor, and management won’t do anything. Their response was have I gone up there to talk to her, I said no I’m not getting shot. It’s 1 am in the morning and she does laundry. You can hear the washer shaking, she’s the most clumsiest person cause she drops stuff all the time . You can hear when she takes showers and also sounds like moving furniture all the time. It’s so loud she made my smoke detector come out of the ceiling. Maintenance people walk in without knocking. It’s definitely not worth the price of rent to live like this.
