Yeah don't live here. They only have 1 maintenance guy, and appliances that get fixed aren't fixed for long before they break down. Going on a monthish without a working washer, and having to use another units while paying full rent and electricity. They won't help you with your rent either if stuff like this happens. 1/5 stars.

We’ve been living here a few months now, very quiet and safe place. Maintenance comes next day after a request and fixes as needed. Management is super nice, and actually listens to your concerns. Very friendly and clean atmosphere. We LOVE living here!

If you want to leave where the office lady doesn’t care about you feel free to live here Rude and disrespectful, should be fired .Maintenance won’t come in and replace any stove, fix the sinks, fans. Exterminator will come in and not do a damn thing. Pictures are deceiving 😂 don’t believe they look this nice. Place deserve 0 stars

I moved here a few months ago and have loved it here! Management and maintenance have not let me down yet! I have yet to have to leave a message for the office being Mrs.Tiffany answer at the second ring lol. I just love living here. It’s very very quiet and I have yet to be denied help from the office or maintenance. The respond time is literally in minutes rather email or by phone and I’m forever grateful! I definitely will refer more people to live here! Remember, it’s not where you live but how you live and this has been one of my best stays!

I have lived here for two years now. The staff has been nothing but helpful since I came in to inquire. Any issues that I have had have been addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Mrs. Jeanette has been very professional and assisted me with any situation I have brought to her attention. When it is time to renew my lease there is no question if I am staying or not. It’s a small complex and I thought it would be noisy with the location near the busy road but it’s quiet and the community is kid and pet friendly!
