The grounds are beautifully kept, and the overall atmosphere makes it truly feel like home. The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. They genuinely care about residents and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and satisfied. I had a really good experience living at The Timbers. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, and the grounds are always clean and well taken care of. Nestor and Savita are responsive and always do their best to help however they can, which Is always appreciated when renting. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live!

I had a bad experience living in this apartment, the maintenance personnel was homefobic Alex the maintenance person when he enter my apartment I felt like he didn't like going in to it , another thing Nestor the property manager would send emails for everything . DO NOT RENT HERE: I was a tenant here for 1.5 yrs leasing their Studio complex. At first I was very excited as the staff seemed amicable. Unfortunately, it was all a front. The Property manager (male) is very rude and was biased towards me. He would allow other residents to do certain things with their property/living spaces, but I would always be the first to be targeted when I would do the same. The studio itself was never meant to be a living space. It was like they made an office space into a studio to profit as much as they could. That studio was not even protected or within the gated community like the rest. The area itself is already dangerous enough and they wouldn’t even provide a courtesy ring bell for my safety. Negative Review for Timbers Apartments This place is extremely unsafe—people are stealing packages, moving your laundry, and tampering with things. The community is terrible. The washing machines are constantly broken, making it unbearable to live here for $2,000 a month. There are only eight machines for the entire property, and on weekends, only four are working. To make matters worse, management is now closed on weekends, and even with new management, nothing has improved. They also charge $120 per person for water, regardless of age, on top of PG&E costs—completely unreasonable.
