The Terrace at Pine Lake Cove

I absolutely love living here at The Terrace at Pine Lake Cove! The property is so beautiful and always well kept and clean. The maintenance team is always so hard at work and friendly. They're so reliable and efficient with any work orders we put in and I'm so grateful to have that assistance here. The amenities are also amazing here at the Terrace. There's a beautiful pool that I can't wait to spend more time at with summer coming up! The gym is also very nice and super convenient since it's 24/7. I also enjoy the pool table in the office & appreciate the dog park for all our fur babies. The leasing staff here is also so kind and attentive and always making sure we are taken care of. I love all the resident events hosted by the leasing office and being able to meet other residents her

I absolutely love living at The Terrace at Pine Lake! It is truly an amazing place to call home. It is clean, well organized, and very peaceful. The community is beautifully maintained, and everything always feels welcoming and safe. The staff is incredible, especially Sophia at the front office. She is super attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend The Terrace at Pine Lake to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I visited this place because I was UBERing nearby and thought it was nice and since I am new to the area and lease is coming up for renewal I stopped to take a look. Not sure who the original woman was I met, however she was very friendly yet wasn’t the leasing agent. It appeared the leasing agent was on the grounds and had to be called to the office. The leasing agent upon arrival appeared occupied in thought and I got the impression I was bothering her. A three bedroom wasn’t available so I requested to take a look at the two bedroom and it was actually fairly nice and sizable to my surprise…I also liked the private yard. I must admit she drove like a bat out of hell on the go-cart and for someone with back pain I could tell she was rushing to show the apartment so she could get on with

Thank you for being a wonderful beginning to my adulthood. This was my first apartment at 20, and I lived there for a year after moving from Florida to Texas. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first home! The staff and neighbors were lovely, and I enjoyed the community events and food trucks they organized. As a young adult, this experience marked the start of my journey. The area was quiet and peaceful, just the way I like it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t renew my lease due to work commitments, but I’m grateful to have called The Terrace at Pine Lake Cove my home for a year. Thank you for being amazing!

I truly enjoy living here and have had a great experience overall. Sophia at the front desk has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional—she always makes things easy and pleasant whenever I need assistance. Daniel from maintenance has been outstanding as well. He responds very quickly to any issues, is extremely efficient, and is always polite and well-mannered. It’s reassuring to know that both the front desk and maintenance teams genuinely care and take pride in their work. This level of service really makes this place feel like home.
