0/10. The homes on SW 11th and 12th ST are very poorly built and everything looks cheaply made. It is completely overpriced as you will see when you take a tour in the homes. So small it looks like a dorm room with a backyard. If you want a new construction home, find a lot and build one yourself because this construction agency called "home creations" is ripping people off.
I'm very happy with my home. When asking for warranty repairs I had to keep bugging them. Overall, it's a good home.
Love my new home! Home creations has been a pleasure to work with!!
