My fraternity brother is relocating from the East Coast and asked me to check out The Sutherland apartments on his behalf. He had already spoken with the manager over the phone and felt like this would be a great place for him, but he would not be able to visit in person before signing a lease. Since I live locally, I was happy to step in. It has been years since I have lived in an apartment, and wow, things have definitely changed. The apartment was a good size, with an open concept, it was really nice. There is an actual mini market on site, free coffee and tea, and a fully equipped gym that residents can use at no cost. Ja’Tiya was amazing at giving us a tour. She greeted us with such kindness. She showed us the amenities. She showed us A2 and A4. She allowed us to look around both units. She actually spoke to us and made us have a good time during our visit than it being a quiet tour or a tour where it’s just about the community. She answered any questions. I highly recommend taking a tour with her!

As a first time mom, it was very important for us to find a safe environment for our baby. Alyx meet all of our needs and wants. She communicated very well and showed patience.
