Many issues here that they don't want to fix, so I left few months ago. Packages get stolen as the self locking gates don't lock easily and they get repair which last only days and that never get fixed. Also bikes locked inside so called gated territory are not safe which you can see if you walk in, wheels are gone on some, so no one park lock bike on rack, instead take inside own room. Internet is very slow which makes streaming issues, video call or zoom interrupts. And you cannot opt not to pay for internet, it's bundled and if you want to have your own connection, you just end up paying for both. And the other issue is, as an old building insulation is not great, so you just end up paying more in utilities. Plus roach walk freely, but this can be issue elsewhere too. I am glad I moved.

I don't like the way they ignore the issue of gate closure problem. They have self lockable gates but those gates don't lock by themselves because they need update. Mostly the gates can be locked by pulling when you get in but while getting out it never locks no matter how hard you push so they are left open. And all kinds of people can enter property and steal your packages and no bikes are safe inside which you can see on most bikes those wheels are taken for those with u locks and some of them are completely theft when using wire lock. The issue is terrible here and the security cameras don't work although they seem to be placed all over..

The agent is bad at responding...our bathroom ceiling was leaking for a month and we couldn’t use it because of the fixing was dirty and we felt so inconvenient when ppl come in and out all the time. She is really rude. If there is no star, I would do that.
