The Summit

Me and my mom have been living here for two years now and its been nothing but pleasant memories. The staff is always so sweet and nice, the neighbors are very calm and friendly. It is a very safe neighborhood! We love this place and will be moving to a larger unit at some point because we don’t want to move anywhere else!

My fiancé and I went to visit The Summit today for an apartment tour and we’ve already fallen in love!! The community is super quaint and welcoming. Jennifer made the tour process super easy and provided us with all of the information we needed. Highly recommend!

The Summit Apartments has been a solid place to live. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and actually listens when you have questions or concerns. Any maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get where you need to go. I also like that the community feels safe and peaceful. Overall, it’s been a good living experience and I would definitely recommend The Summit to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The staff is amazing! Jennifer made the move in seamless. The property is clean and very well maintained, super quiet. The staff has quickly resolved any issue I’ve had so far. Maintenance is awesome! quick and responsive to anything we have needed! So happy we found this hidden gem.

We've lived here for a while and just renewed our lease again! My husband and I and our two children love this space. Always clean, updated, zero maintenance issues and beautifully landscaped! Our neighbors make it a great community and Jennifer and Stacy have become like family. Super helpful and always available if you need anything at all. We have contests all the time, scavenger hunts, games etc. It's quiet and comfortable and we're next to do many restaurants and shops that everything is literally across the way. The schools are fabulous. The pool is amazing. Dog park, gym, playground, at an affordable price.
