The Summit At Red Rocks Apartments

I have lived in and out of here for over 3 ish- years now since it was called “The Cliffs” at first there was nothing wrong with the place and it was a beautiful location. When my upstairs neighbors moved in they had 3 dogs and everyday would let them on the balcony and the dogs would release fecal, and urine all over which would then be released onto my porch, I have asked them to take their dogs outside and I have seen their dogs using the bathroom and they DO NOT pick up after themselves, I know this is more the person and not the facility but I should not walk outside everyday and step in dog waste. Furthermore, the pool, it was nice and clean for a while, but after a month or so I started to notice they don’t keep it very clean, as Im getting older my new hobby has been laps, my grand

The price is right, the location is Beautiful, the outside aesthetic is pretty and the tour is impressive. The actual experience living here is not good. God forbid you have a maintenance issue- it will not be fixed in a timely manner and the result is sometimes worst than the original issue. The laundry room, hallways and entry ways are dirty and unsafe. The dog waste stations are often overflowing. The pool floods often and is not properly cleaned or maintained. Management is difficult to make contact with and clueless when they do respond. The company changes ownership often and they change names of the apartments in an attempt to escape negative reviews. Don’t be fooled by all of the recent good reviews about this property (especially claiming how wonderful Allison the manager is). These are all clearly fake and being posted to boost the rating of the property. When we initially toured the apartment we thought it was nice and a decent price. But upon moving in, the apartment you will get will be filthy and nothing like the model. Our unit was not freshly painted, it was actually filthy and it didn’t even look like anyone came in to clean it after the previous tenants moved out. The blinds were yellow and rotting, the bathtub had stains and scratches, the oven was gross, and the floor/walls were covered in markings. I must say that everything from the start to moving in has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff in the front office are so friendly and very attentive to everything and anything that you bring to their attention. Maintenance has been 100% efficient in answering calls and resolving problems. The area is beautiful the complex itself is very nice and clean. It's very quiet at night and everyone that I have interacted with so far is very friendly meaning the tenants. Wonderful workout center beautiful game room. Have not enjoyed the pool yet but I'm looking forward to it. We definitely are happy and excited to call some at Red Rocks home I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place at a reasonable price this would be the place to go thank you Tracy and front office staff.

I would not live at this apartment again. I started my lease and right when I moved in the apartment still had dust and bugs on the windowsills, paint chipping off the walls and shower, and a broken fridge. Yet, they take your entire security deposit when you’re done with your lease for “cleaning fees” and maintenance repairs”. AC is not very good. The ceilings are thin so you can hear when people are walking. There was multiple instances when I tried going into the leasing office while they claimed to be open and nobody was there and lights were off. They charged for a gym key fob that I never got. Elevator is very very slow(and that’s when it actually works). The hallways are very muggy and gross, rarely seem clean. They charge $3 for laundry(and an additional 3 for drying that doesn’t
