The Summit at Coates Run

I haven’t moved in yet but I have to say the patience and level of knowledge Joel and Brooklyn have shown in answering all our dozens of questions is superb. It is a true testament to great training! They understand the assignment! It’s really refreshing to speak to people who know their stuff and can speak confidently about it! First impression has definitely passed the vibe check! Kudos!!!

I am a current resident here and I just wanted to say everytime i go into the office and see Brooklyn she is always there with a smile on her face and ready to help at all times. Overall the staff is absolutely amazing and makes me really enjoy living at the Summit!

I’ve been living here for a few months, and I’ll start by saying that I really do like my actual apartment. My space is comfortable, the building itself is nice, and settling in was easy. I haven’t had any issues with my unit or with my roommates, which I really appreciate. That said, my experience with the property overall has been mixed, mainly because of safety and communication concerns. The parking areas are very dim at night, and it’s often hard to find a spot close to the building. Unfortunately, because of the poor lighting, my car area was broken into, and some of my personal items, including my cards, were taken. I reported it multiple times, but I never received any real follow-up on what they’re doing about it to prevent that from happening again, which was disappointing becau

I love The Summit. It is a great place to live. I love my apartment very much The people at The Summit Are super nice they have great management great people anytime anything breaks there right away to fix it

Great apartment, I love that I have my own spacious room and bathroom to myself. Although I don’t use the dishwasher because it has not been cleaned properly since I’ve moved in. I’ve also heard others say that the heating bill during the winter gets really high even if it’s turned off everyone is charged. Other than that the service provided is very helpful and accommodating so far for my first year in Summit!
