Campus Heights

I have so many memories there at Carriage Hill Apartments(it was called in our time). Still missing those rainy days, clouds fluttering in between foothills, view of the OU, and one of the most cherishable moment surrounding with a great number of fireflies. We didn't have any issues with the maintenance.

Poor maintenance system. A bunch of roaches is moving in the kitchen despite multiple requests. Even they canceled the request. Our unit heater is not working, and despite maintenance requests over the last 15 days, they have been unable to resolve the issue. They canceled those requests without explaining why or providing any information about the heater malfunction. Pathetic management.

It’s good we like it living here.

This is the current snow as of 02/06/2026 now, no snow removal at all. (see photos} Don't move here, no heat for over a week now.!!!!!!!! Nov 2025. No maintenance 24hrs not a person in sight. This place should be shut down. Barking dog, neighbor growing and selling weed from the apartment. No snow removal, washing units don't work, work out area you can't get in. Maintenance is a nightmare no response from anyone. Don't go there.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. My unit, with its east and south-facing walls, gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, making it feel bright and inviting. The building itself is well-constructed, and I appreciate the sturdy design with its masonry veneer and wood framing. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home!
