We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Randy was AMAZING from day one. He was so friendly, so kind, and just genuinely helpful through the whole process. He walked us through everything step by step, answered every single question we had (and we had a lot 😅), and always made sure we felt comfortable. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. It felt like we were talking to someone who actually cared, not just a leasing manager. What meant the most to us was how he talked to us like we already knew each other — like friends. My experience at The Stella Apartments has been great overall! We did have a small bump in the road in the beginning, but the team was very accommodating and got everything figured out quickly, especially since I needed an immediate move-in. I truly appreciated how responsive and understanding they were during that process. I’ve seen a lot of people mention the $175 parking fee, but it’s important to note that the garage is climate-controlled and secured/locked, which adds value and peace of mind. They also offer two other parking options, so there’s flexibility depending on your budget and preference. The community is modern, clean, and feels safe. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish place to call home.

I had a great tour this afternoon with Daniel. The apartments are beautiful and spacious for studios that I’m looking for. They are pricy but with the current promotion this could be in my top pick for my downtown apartment. Daniel was helpful and had an answer for all of my questions. This has not been the case on several of my tours around downtown Indy.

Its a great place to live. Close to downtown Indy, 65 and easy access to anywhere in the city. I have found that right after I moved in that all the prices have changed and increased so I am worried that what I thought could possibly be my last move and thought to retire here, now may not be what I was hoping. I thought I was somewhere that I could finally feel comfortable and actually put personal items up but I am worried that prices will be so high that I won’t be able to stay. It’s a beautiful place snd I like the secure building. The office people are great and the location is the best. I work all over the city and this is convenient to get anywhere I need to go.
