The Stapleton Apartments

Living in this apartment complex has been a really good experience overall. The service here is excellent. I’d especially like to give a big shoutout to Michael Reeves for his great attention, charisma, and for always keeping us informed. He truly makes a difference. Genesis and the rest of the team also do an amazing job. When it comes to maintenance and repairs, they’ve always been very attentive and willing to listen. I’ve already lived in two different apartments at this location, and every time a small issue or detail comes up, I feel completely comfortable going to the Leasing Office. They’re always happy to help, and you can genuinely feel that. The complex feels very safe. When in to do a tour and I showed up a little early. Genesis was the leasing person that helped me tour the complex. Was very nice and helpful she answers all my questions me and my wife had. It also made me feel good that she also was a Spanish speaker because my English is not good. Was patient with me and my wife. Am highly thinking of moving here

I highly recommend that if you are looking for an apartment that is affordable and nice, you apply. The application process was smooth and the staff were very responsive and friendly. Lauren and Genesis were absolute heroes and worked very quickly to get me into my apartment that I needed and wanted.

Not such a bad spot, I had some roach issues but that’s usually when new folks move in. Sh!ts not so cheap though. Possibly you could find another spot for what I’m paying monthly with more or better amenities like a pool 🏊🏿‍♀️ or weight room. However it could be worse. No1 breaking N2 my vehicles or any Bullsh!t like that. Or my residence either. Maintenance could be better but I’m not gonna complain. Finally got a new dishwasher after a couple years but I haven’t used it yet. Check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa 👌🏾

I applied to these apartments on a whim and Genesis helped me get out and in an apartment within less than 48 hours and she was extremely friendly and helpful to work with the complex is extremely friendly They are quick with maintenance requests and Michael is cool too
