Absolutely do not live here. The 5 star positive reviews are fake, with management bribing residents with food to leave good feedback (see caption on pic #3) . They also falsely promised gift cards for renewing leases, which never came! The walls are paper thin and I was woken up at 3 a.m. during finals week. Quiet hours are not enforced. The mailroom is unmonitored, leading to frequent thefts (see picture), and the pool was closed for nearly the entire year. The gym’s AC is constantly broken, hallways are often filled with trash (see picture), and staff are unprofessional, spending most of their time on their phones and giving attitude when asking for help. The parking garage is a MESS especially during events like Little 500 weekend, when they only towed cars from management spots, not r

The place has really good sports facilities, especially the basketball court, which is well maintained and easy to access. It’s great for staying active without having to leave the community, making it a big plus for living here. It also has good transportation options to the campus.

Trash everywhere. This picture was a common site at every trash area as well as the whole parking garage. Hallways dirty from drinks spilled, vomit, you name it. You will get your car knicked or hit in the parking garage. The whole place is run by 19 year olds. I was never able to directly talk to a property manager or saw one while living here. The 19 year olds in charge do not know what is going on and just act as middle men to management and causes headaches. Extremely loud partying at all hours. I am not sensitive to noise at all but when groups of boys are coming and going all night literally screaming it is hard to ignore. When asked to change rooms due to being directly above the door where drunk people constantly come in and out I was told it would cost a $400 fee. Fees for everyth

I never even lived at The Standard, and that should tell you everything. The management was so bad I couldn’t even get through the leasing process without dealing with constant frustration. They are completely unorganized, rude, and only seem to care about squeezing money out of people however they can. Even without ever stepping foot into an apartment, I got hit with fees, pressure, and zero actual help. Every time I asked a question, management acted annoyed or gave me the runaround. But when it came to talking about money? Suddenly they were extremely quick and extremely pushy. If the experience is this horrible before you even move in, I can’t imagine how bad it must be to actually live there. Definitely avoid The Standard . The management is money-hungry and impossible to deal with.

Worst experience ever. The staff is rude. The package room is horrible. The whole place smells like trash. They charge extra for damages that do not exist. My roommate was charged for LED damage. Only thing is, he never has LEDs. I was charged for paint damage. When I asked for pictures, I was told it was after the dispute deadline. They will not remove any charges. Would never recommend this place to anyone. They suck.
