Great place to live! Very responsive staff within the office and maintenance. Very affordable and with that affordability you still get amenities like a gym and mail room. My only complaint is that on some of the properties the guest parking is a nightmare.

Loved living at Dwellings for 2 years. Great maintenance and upkeep. Great company. In terms of the place itself, it’s a great price for a quality apartment. However, there’s a new manager that took over who made the move out process less than enjoyable. I left on a bad note due to some pretty snotty behavior and lack of empathy from the manager Stephanie. She seemed to almost enjoy telling me I wouldn’t get a deposit back ($750) and that I actually OWED money for the apartment I meticulously cleaned for a month prior to move out. Cleaned the walls, under the washer and dryer, bathrooms, spot cleaned carpet - all for nothing. What a waste of time. She told me I needed a “partial paint” and was charged for a full paint job at $595. Other than Stephanie’s behavior, it was a great experience

The only thing that bugs me about my apartment complex, is there is no visitor parking. which makes it more unsafe driving wise. Otherwise living there, office, maintenance is great!

Scam, dont move into their fixer upper apartments because they'll put off repairs until your move out date and bill you for it. Also they raised my rent 350 more dollars than they originally outlined in their plan they sent for the lease after they refused to fix my garage (they just took the garage away from me insteadof fixing it, also they added a washer and dryer fee after they had to replace their 20 year old dryer). They changed the lease under our nose in hopes of us sucking it up and dealing with the ridiculous monthly up charge. Last time I left a review wasn't too long ago now all of a sudden they're almost at 5 stars with 130 reviews. And I was their first review. Seems like they just botted these reviews so they have a better chance at scamming these college kids out of their m

Lovely place to live! The quality of housing provided far exceeded my expectations. The owners have created an outstanding apartment community with all the necessary small touches that are often forgotten by large companies. Soft-close cabinets, high-quality appliances, vaulted ceilings, beautiful colors and lots of natural light make all the difference! Oh, and the best part, they love pets! So nice to have my animals be well received!!
