Just to mention one... she drove 35 minutes one way to meet me to pick up paperwork that I couldn’t deliver (due to being a teacher/principal with a busy schedule) not because I asked her to but she cared enough to offer. Terry and team were great to work with. We were kept updated along the process and Terry was super responsive to any and all questions. We just completed our third mortgage through Lisa and Terry. Google doesn't provide enough stars to accurately rate the servive they've provided us over the years. I cannot express how much easier home buying is when you have team like Lisa and Terry on your side. They know the ins and outs of the business like no others. In addition to their skill and service level, they treat you like family.
