The Springs Luxury Waterside Apartments

Over the past 10 years of renting I have never seen a property and team as amazing as The Springs. The units I got to tour were not only clean and well maintained but, who ever designed the layout truly had the person living there in mind. Each unit had kitchens with usable counter space, wall plugs in locations that made sense, and floor layouts that took everyone’s needs into account. Not only is the inside of the unit amazing, the landscaping design is truly breathtaking. Never once walking through the complex did I feel like I was “just in an apartment complex”. It felt like I was walking through a true community. The mixtures of river, ponds, and trees really give an immersive feel. But all of this is tied together and made possible by their staff. Went to tour today and had the best experience! Susan, the property manager, was absolutely amazing- so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I’m even more excited to move in now, all thanks to her!

Very nice place! Toured with Berenise throughout the week! She is such a sweet girl! ALL the ladies in the office are! I’ve been there couple of times and see different faces but Berenise has been the longest! Answered all my questions and made the tour a very great experience! Going to be applying this week!

It was a pleasure meeting Tierrah she showed great hospitality and care. Tierrah took time and patience to show each unit of our liking in a professional manner. We love The Springs community it is a clean and peaceful environment.

Addendum… 12/2025 I recently moved but a package was delivered to my old apartment by mistake. At first I panicked because the office stated they could not go get it because of the short staff. Then my son sent a photo and it was actually delivered to the wrong apartment which made it worse! I still had the maintenance man’s phone number so I reached out to him to tell him my dilemma. He quickly replied that he would check. When I emailed the office they informed me that they located it and I could pick it up! Whew!!! This was customer service at its finest!!! It’s holiday time and people are not always honest. Thank you Susan Flinchem and maintenance for providing top notch customer service even after not being a resident any longer… Tomorrow marks my last day after being a 2yr resident
