I lived in this apartment complex for several years, and unfortunately, my motorcycle was stolen from the 4th-floor parking garage last year. The garage is reserved for tenants and is secured with a security gate that only opens with a remote control. While management’s employees regularly maintain the garage, the administrative duties are handled by a separate garage company. I initially contacted the garage company for assistance. They were responsive and spent about a week reviewing surveillance footage from the first-floor entrance (there were no cameras on the 2nd–4th floors), but no useful footage was found. After discussing with neighbors and staff, it seemed likely that the thief had detailed knowledge of the garage and knew how to take the motorcycle without leaving any trace. I

So far our experience at South Independence has been great. We had a wonderful experience working with Joshua, Tiffany, and Katherine. They all made the move in process so easy. Since we’ve moved in, we’ve called Michael R. a few times for maintenance and he has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to repair anything we need.
